RUSH/EMERGENCY:

Rush services are available most weekends, limited same day availability. Mention this need in your inquiry, and we will do our best to fit you in & help you as soon as possible! (Inquire for Prices)

WEATHER POLICY:

Outdoor Appointments are subject to weather conditions. Working with electrical equipment in rainy, wet, or excessively windy conditions can cause unsafe and uncomfortable conditions for your pup. You will be notified as soon as possible if your appointment is affected and needs to be rescheduled.

HOURLY POLICY:

Each groom is allotted specific lengths of time depending on package selected. If excessive matting, unkept condition of fur or skin, or temperament cause the appointment to go over allotted time, addtl. rate is $60/hr 

WORK AREA FUR & EXTRA CLEAN UP POLICY:

 During Outdoors-Only business, we do require your understanding we cannot control the wind and any fur fly-aways that may occur outside of the working service area. Please keep this in mind when approving a location for the service work area. If you request extra outdoor clean-up after grooming please be advised you may be charged $15 for additional time added to your appointment. Our grooming service prices are based on the grooming service and the time needed for grooming only.

PAYMENT POLICY & LATE FEE: 

Payments must be made same-day of service. Payment is considered late after 12:00AM on the day of service. There will be a $6/Daily Late Fee until payment is received. Late fees may be waived depending on the circumstances. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: 

 In cases where a customer's presence or service area interferes with the safety and well-being of employees. No harassment or rude behavior will be tolerated!

HUMANITY OVER VANITY POLICY:

 Pet safety and comfort are always our #1 priority. Our services are created with respect toward each unique pets needs. At every visit, but especially the first, our goal is to build a trusting relationship through gentle handling and positive reinforcement. This trusting approach sets your pet up for a lifetime of easy handling and stress-free experiences. Depending on your pets temperament, not everything may be perfectly finished, but through regular schedules and this continued approach, they will start creating a confident and positive association. 

TEMPERAMENT APPOINTMENT TERMINATION:

 Once an appointment is confirmed, the allotted time for your groom has been reserved solely for your pet. If your pet cannot be safely groomed and the appointment is terminated/closed out early, 100% of reserved package total is due,
